An updated version of the meal analyzer tool for meal service providers is now available. The tool allows any organization running a meal service to calculate the annual carbon and economic impacts of that service. It shows where carbon emissions are coming from, and how they compare across different types of food, transport and disposal. It provides meal service providers with a benchmark to help them identify where they could improve, a what if tool, and details a route to net zero calculation.

The tool has been developed by Adam Wilkinson (Impact Measurement Ltd.) and Angela Tregear (University of Edinburgh Business School). Further information and details on how to register are available at:
