Dijon meeting

The first Strength2Food interim meeting was organised in Dijon, France, by the INRA-D team, on 6-7 October 2016. The objective of the meeting was to discuss progress on the conceptual and methodological frameworks for the project and decide on the indicators for the impact assessment. The latter will cover the economic, social and environmental impacts on agri-food supply chain participants and rural territories of Food Quality Schemes, Public Sector Food Procurement and  Short Food Supply Chains (WP3). Presentations by members of the S2F project related to i. the conceptual framework, ii. the economic, social and environmental indicators for measuring impacts, iii. WP-specific issues on methodology, team-building and publication strategy, and iv. finalisation of case studies and pilot studies for impact assessment. Training on hybrid forums and ethnographic work for project partners were delivered by the SIFO team.
The next annual meeting will be held in Barcelona in April 2017!
